    (The following terms and conditions also include legal information about your rights in accordance with the provisions on distance contracts and e-commerce.)

    1. Scope

    These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of LEISTNER Die Zweithaarspezialisten - perueckenshop.de to consumers (§ 13 BGB).

    2. Contracting Party

    A contract comes into existence with LEISTNER Die Zweithaarspezialisten - perueckenshop.de, Holder: Tina Leistner, Chemnitztalstraße 44, 09114 Chemnitz. You can contact our customer service for questions, information and complaints from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Please contact us by telephone 0371 45 00 58 60 or e-mail info@perueckenshop.de.

    3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

    3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.

    3.2 By clicking the "buy" button as the last step of the order process, the customer places a binding offer to purchase the goods in the cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order or as soon as we receive your payment.

    3.3 The contract language is German or English.

    4. Right of Revocation

    Right of Revocation (perueckenshop.de)

    You have the right to revoke your contractual statement within 14 days without indicating any reasons. The revocation period shall begin from the day on which the consumer or a named third party who is not the carrier acquires the material possession of each of the goods ordered.

    of the decision to withdraw from this contract in a clear declaration (e. g. by sending a letter by post, a fax or an email) stating the order number.

    The consumer may use the withdrawal form template attached for this purpose. However, this is not obligatory. The template can be downloaded from our website www.perueckenshop.de/media/widerruf_engl.pdf.

    The timely dispatch of the revocation shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term.

    Consequences of withdrawal

    If the consumer withdraws from this contract, we must reimburse any payments we have received from the consumer, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs that occured because the consumer selected a different type of delivery rather than the cheaptest standard delivery option offered by us) without delay but no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the notice of the consumer's withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method the consumer used for the original transaction in order to provide the reimbursement, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will the consumer be charged a fee for this refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods were returned, whichever is earlier.

    without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were notified of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed to be met if the consumer sends the goods before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

    The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

    The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any use or handling which is not deemed necessary in order to verify the condition, features and functioning of the goods.

    4a. Return of Hair Systems (Wigs and Hair Pieces)

    If you decide on a possible exchange or return, you have to keep all the original labels on the wig. Do not change the hairstyle of the wig by hairdressing or styling. Do not use hairspray or any other styling products. Please make sure that the wig does not pick up the scent of kitchen vapors, cigarette smoke, perspiration and so on. To exchange or return a hair system, it must be in original condition.

    4b. Return of headgear (turbans, caps, hoods, etc.)


    All headgear (including under hoods) that you send back to us must be in an unworn original and new condition. Please make sure that no odours such as kitchen fumes, cigarette smoke, perfume, body sweat, etc. are accepted by the headgear. Also, the packaging must be in a non-broken state.

    4c. Return of adhesive care and styling articles


    When returning adhesive and care products, they must also be in an unused condition. This means that the packaging and lid must not have been opened so that the item is no longer in the new and original state. Liquid adhesives may not have been used for the test. For hygienic reasons, it is no longer the new condition of the liquid adhesive. Nothing has to be cut or removed from adhesive rolls, tape, adhesives angles, etc. Products with absorbent pads (such as Scalp Protector, Max Hold, etc.) must not have been used for hygienic reasons. Not even once. Spray and foam spray bottles must not have been sprayed.

    5. Prices and Shipping Costs

    5.1 The prices on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

    5.2 The detailed shipping costs can be found directly under "Shipping & Handling Costs".

    6. Delivery

    6.1 The delivery within German takes place with Hermes Versand or DHL and in all other European countries with DHL.

    6.2 The delivery takes up to 3 days. We point out possibly different delivery times on the respective product pages or inform you by e-mail about delays or longer delivery times (EU countries or Switzerland).

    7. Payment

    7.1 Payment is either made in advance, per PayPal, per invoice, per cash on delivery (plus 5.00 € COD charge to DHL) or directly in our shop.

    7.2 If you select payment in advance, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment.
    If you choose purchase on account, the invoice will be sent with the goods. The customer is obligated to settle the invoice by the 10th day after receipt of the goods. Decisive is the date of the cash receipt on our account. In case we do not receive any money, the customer is automatically behind with payments without further notice. The interest rate for default interest in case of consumer business is 5 percentage points above the base rate in accordance with BGB § 288 par. 1. The assertion of further damage cannot be ruled out.
    If you select cash on delivery, you have to pay an extra delivery fee in addition to the usual postage. The delivery fee for shipping with DHL is 7.00 €. The refusal to accept a COD shipment will be charged with 17,40 € (Postage and handling fee of DHL).

    7.3 A right to set-off is only available if your claims were legally established in court, are undisputed or were acknowledged in writing by us.

    7.4 You can only exert a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

    8. Credit Assessment

    If selecting purchase on account, the customer agrees that Astrid Leistner Die Zweithaarspezialisten - perueckenshop.de is entitled to request information regarding personal data of the customer from credit reference agencies.
    The costumer agrees that the inquiry according to § 29 BDSG is necessary in order to protect the legitimate interests of the company Astrid Leistner Die Zweithaarspezialisten - perueckenshop.de, even if it is a one-time business.
    The inquiry contains the data and information, provided by the customer in connection with the order, about non-conforming settlements of transactions (negative information characteristics). The customer can contact the below mentioned credit reference agency to obtain information about the stored data relating to him.
    The information shall be collected from the following credit reference agency: CEG Creditreform Consumer GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss.

    9. Product Availability

    Provided that we, Astrid Leistner Die Zweithaarspezialisten - perueckenshop.de, do not receive the delivery item from our supplier for reasons which we are not responsible for, the costumer is entitled to cancel the purchase. In this case Astrid Leistner Die Zweithaarspezialisten - perueckenshop.de commits itself to inform the customer without delay via e-mail, telephone or fax about the unavailability of the delivery item and to refund any payments already made by the customer immediately.

    10. Retention of Title

    The goods will remain in our possession until receipt of full payment.

    11. Place of Jurisdiction

    Place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with delivery transactions is the place of jurisdiction of Astrid Leistner Die Zweithaarspezialisten - perueckenshop.de. The place of business of Astrid Leistner Die Zweithaarspezialisten - perueckenshop.de is agreed upon as the place of jurisdiction in the case that the costumer does not have any general place of jurisdiction, takes up residency abroad after conclusion of contract or does not designate his residence at the time of commencement of proceedings. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany under exclusion of the CISG apply to all legal relationships arising from delivery transactions.

    12. Warranty

    The warranty is granted in accordance with statutory regulations.
